- Conduct in-depth analysis and assessment of clients' needs to design and implement Oracle solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

- Configure and customize Oracle products to enhance system performance and meet client business objectives.

- Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for Oracle implementation and utilize industry knowledge to deliver optimal solutions.

- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure efficient and error-free implementation.

- Provide end-user training and ongoing support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies, updates, and trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as an Oracle Consultant, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle implementation and support.

- Excellent knowledge and experience in Oracle products and solutions, including Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Cloud.

- Strong expertise in Oracle implementation methodologies and best practices.

- Solid understanding of database design principles, data migration, and integration techniques.

- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

- Oracle certifications will be an advantage.
